Since joining Macron in March 2024, Alessandro Benna has become a key part of the sales team at the Macron Sports Hub in Turin. After a previous experience in the same sector, he seized the opportunity to step into a new, dynamic environment focused on growth and development. His role puts him in direct contact with sports clubs and federations across the region, with the goal of building strong and lasting relationships.

One of the things Alessandro appreciated most since joining Macron is the quality of the tools available to the sales team. Joining Macron also brought a shift in how Alessandro approaches his daily work. Although he already had a solid commercial foundation, he explains how the Macron environment helped him structure the negotiation and sales proposal phases more effectively, both with clubs and private customers.
“I’m working from a stronger foundation now. The goal is to grow both personally and professionally, deepening my knowledge of the territory and contributing to the brand’s expansion.”
Consistency, curiosity, and a desire to learn
Like any new adventure, this one came with its own initial challenges. For Alessandro, one of the biggest was adapting to the digital side of the business, something he hadn’t previously faced. But daily commitment and team support made all the difference.
Among the most rewarding experiences of his first few months at Macron was being able to bring over several clients from his previous job. The trust built over time carried through, showing just how important human relationships are in the world of sports business.
