Apesar de ter jogado principalmente nos campeonatos ingleses, os seus in\u00fameros triunfos na Ta\u00e7a do Pa\u00eds de Gales \u2014 23, um recorde \u2014 permitiram-lhe aceder \u00e0 Ta\u00e7a das Ta\u00e7as Europeias e ganhar a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cgigantes matadores de favoritos\u201d. Atualmente, o clube lidera a National League e est\u00e1 pronto para disputar a final do FA Trophy, a 22 de maio. Ap\u00f3s a recente aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o por parte das estrelas de Hollywood Rob McElhenney e Ryan Reynolds, o objetivo \u00e9 regressar \u00e0 EFL e fazer brilhar a estrela do Wrexham no panorama internacional. <\/p>\n<p><b>DESENVOLVER TALENTOS \u2018EM CASA\u2019 <\/b><\/p>\n<p>O Wrexham orgulha-se de uma tradi\u00e7\u00e3o na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos \u2018da casa\u2019. Precisamente nesta \u00e9poca, seis jogadores da Wrexham AFC Youth assinaram um contrato profissional com o clube e seis jogadoras da Wrexham AFC Women\u2019s U19 fizeram a sua estreia na equipa principal. Gareth Owen, treinador da equipa feminina e, antes disso, um ic\u00f3nico ex-talento formado no clube, afirmou: \u201c\u00c9 provavelmente a coisa mais gratificante de todas ver as Sub-19 darem o salto para o futebol \u2018senior\u2019. Este percurso est\u00e1 ao alcance de quem quiser progredir\u201d. Estes percursos e esta forma de entender o futebol permitem que o clube se sinta ainda mais pr\u00f3ximo da comunidade que o tem apoiado continuamente, como em 2011, quando os adeptos se reuniram para angariar mais de 100 000 libras num s\u00f3 dia, a fim de evitar o colapso financeiro e salvar o futuro do clube. <\/p>\n<p><b>TRADI\u00c7\u00d5ES E LENDAS DO CLUBE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>O Racecourse Ground, o est\u00e1dio de futebol internacional mais antigo ainda em uso, acolheu muitos jogos hist\u00f3ricos e viu crescer muitas das lendas do Wrexham. Entre outros, o melhor marcador de sempre do clube, Tommy Bamford, com 175 golos no campeonato em 204 jogos, e o jogador-treinador Arfon Griffiths, com 591 jogos pelo clube e uma promo\u00e7\u00e3o para a Second Division enquanto treinador em 1978, o melhor per\u00edodo do Wrexham.
