On the eve of their fourth Serie B league match, away to Monza, U.C. Sampdoria complete the unveiling of the 2025/26 Game Set with the presentation of the new Third Kit produced by Macron for the Blucerchiati. This third strip pays tribute to the history of Genova, and reaffirms the connection between football and fashion. Technical performance is combined with elegance, design and style, making it a garment to be worn both on the pitch and throughout the day.

The new 2025/26 Third Shirt of U.C. Sampdoria honours the ancient history of the old port of Genova and that ‘blue fabric’ initially used for sailcloth sacks on ships and later for the practical, hard-wearing work trousers of Genoese sailors. The famous ‘Blu di Genova’ which gave rise to the English term blue jeans (from the French bleu de Gênes) and the classic denim colour. It is this story that inspires the club’s new Third Kit: a fully denim-blue shirt with polo collar, three-button fastening and gold stitching. The iconic Blucerchiati detail appears on the sleeve edges, shirt hem, shorts inserts and socks.

Sul petto, a destra, in stampa siliconata bianca, il Macron Hero, a sinistra lo stemma dell’U.C. Sampdoria che riprende quello usato a metà degli anni ’60 e, più in basso al centro, lo scudo di San Giorgio. Nel retrocollo esterno, stampate in bianco, le parole BLU DI GENOVA a sottolineare ulteriormente il riferimento al famoso tessuto denim.

L’etichetta nel collo interno è personalizzata con sfondo a metà blucerchiato e a metà con il disegno grafico presente sulla maglia Away, lo stemma della Sampdoria, il logo Macron e la scritta Designed in Bologna a certificare ed evidenziare come ogni capo sia ideato, progettato e sviluppato presso il Macron Campus.

Il kit è completato da pantaloncini che riprendono grafica e design della maglia. I calzettoni blu denim hanno una banda blucerchiata al centro. La maglia ha una vestibilità Slim Fit e, come tutti i kit prodotti da Macron per i propri club partner, è stata realizzata in Eco Fabric, tessuto in poliestere al 100% proveniente dal riciclo di plastica post-consumer. Nello specifico il tessuto utilizzato è Eco Softlock, tessuto studiato appositamente per i set da gioco, leggero, morbido e resistente. Inoltre, la presenza del pannello posteriore in Eco Micromesh assicura al capo una perfetta traspirabilità.
