Roberto Malatesta joined Macron <\/a>in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of skills and experience from the fashion and luxury industries\u2014but most importantly, the curiosity and passion that truly make a difference. Today, as Head of Pattern & Technical Development, he leads a team of pattern makers and garment technicians, overseeing the entire product development process: from designing and creating patterns (supported by new 2D\/3D technologies) to producing the final product, collaborating with different company departments and international production facilities. <\/p>\n\n

Macron: a second professional youth<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

For Roberto, every new professional challenge is a great opportunity to test himself and improve. He describes his experience at Macron as a \u201csecond youth,\u201d seeing himself in many of the young professionals working there today. It has been an adventure that led him to discover how a sports product, seemingly simple, can actually be incredibly complex and stimulating\u2014especially when the creative and design vision focuses on extreme detail. <\/p>\n\n
