For Beatrice Tognetti, Macron has never been just another company. It has been a name present in her life since childhood, inextricably linked to the first games and training sessions on the volleyball court.

«I've been playing volleyball since I was little. My first knee pads were Macron, as were the jersey and the bag. It's a brand I literally wore for years and with which I grew up.»

A year ago, Beatrice joined the company, transforming that sporting passion into a dynamic and stimulating professional path.

A natural entrance into a young and open environment

Drawing on previous experience in the same sector, Beatrice sensed from day one the special energy that permeates Macron: an informal, human, and collaborative atmosphere.

«The thing that struck me immediately was finding a responsible person and a very young team. Feeling free to ask questions and seek support without hesitation is not at all taken for granted. I found a transparent and positive approach that made me feel at home from the very beginning.»

This orientation towards dialogue and human relationships is reflected directly in everyday life: an inspiring environment where constructive confrontation is the foundation of teamwork.

Production Planner: global challenges and international culture

Today, Beatrice works as a Production Planner within the Production Planning department. Her role involves coordinating production flows and daily interfacing with a global network of suppliers, particularly in China.

«Working in contact with international interlocutors not only means communicating in English, but also understanding different cultures, finding the right operating style and mediating to solve everyday challenges. It is an inspiring role that tests me every day and brings me great satisfaction.»

Precision, flexibility and an overview are the key skills that allow them to successfully manage complex dynamics in a global context.

Structure, benefits and well-being at the heart of everything

In addition to the professional opportunities, Beatrice highlights the positive impact of the work environment on the quality of the company’s life: from the modern and continuously expanding spaces to the gym and the in-house restaurant.

«It’s not just the work you do, but the context in which you do it. Seeing a company that constantly invests in new facilities and the well-being of its people makes a difference.»

To complete the Macron Experience are the moments dedicated to team building and corporate events, special occasions to strengthen ties and celebrate the milestones achieved together.

Growing together: looking to the future with ambition

When asked what motivates her to give her best every day, Beatrice answers without hesitation: evolution and career prospects.

«Macron is a dynamic company, in constant transformation. The more the company expands and launches new projects, the more growth opportunities are created for all of us. If the company grows, you can dream big too.»

Team spirit: the passion that unites

There is a guiding principle that summarizes Beatrice’s journey: the spirit of teamwork. From the discipline of youth volleyball to managing international production, her story demonstrates how sporting passion can transform into expertise, leadership, and a global perspective.

A journey built in a young, international context and focused on the future, where growing together is a concrete and daily commitment.
