The agreement marks an important step towards strengthening Congolese sport and will involve the national governing bodies for football, handball, basketball, volleyball and athletics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the terms of the agreement, Macron will support the development of national sport through the supply of technical sportswear and the creation of an official merchandising collection. The partnership will, however, extend well beyond the provision of sportswear, encompassing technical, management and marketing training programmes for the federations and key stakeholders, while also creating networking opportunities and facilitating the exchange of expertise with professional sports clubs across Europe. In addition, performance-based incentives linked to the results achieved by selected national teams will be introduced to further encourage sporting excellence and support the development of Congolese talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Francesco Ventura, Area Manager at Macron<\/strong>, said:<em>&#8220;We are delighted to have launched this partnership with the Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Republic of Congo. At Macron, being a partner means sharing a journey of growth by providing not only high-quality products, but also expertise, training and opportunities for development.
