Having joined Macron in March 2024, Alessandro Benna is now part of the commercial team of the Macron Sports Hub in Turin. After an experience in another company in the sector, he took the opportunity to take on a new, dynamic and growth-oriented role. His role puts him in direct contact with sports companies and federations in the region, with the goal of building strong and lasting relationships.

“The human connection is key. When you manage to build trust that goes beyond the commercial aspect, you know that you did your job well.”

Tools that make a difference

One of the elements that Alessandro has particularly appreciated since joining Macron is the quality of the tools available to the sales team. In particular, he mentions Pipe Drive, a platform that allows you to discover and contact realities that often escape the radar: small companies, niche federations, emerging disciplines.

This is complemented by My Macron Kit, a tool that, in addition to offering a digital customization service for clubs, represents a valuable support for the sales force: it allows you to create brochures in just a few minutes and always have an updated and complete catalog.

The presence of the showroom within the store is also fundamental, a value-added feature that allows the customer to enjoy an immersive, concrete and personalized experience.

A new vision of work

Macron’s arrival brought with it a change in perspective also in the working method. Although Alessandro has already developed his own commercial approach, he recounts how the Macron context helped him to better structure the negotiation and proposal phase, both with companies and with private clients.

“I am working on new, more solid foundations. The goal is to grow both personally and professionally, improving my knowledge of the territory and contributing to the expansion of the brand.”

Constanza, curiosity and a desire to learn

Like every new adventure, this one also had its initial challenges. One of the most significant for Alessandro was adapting to the digital part, which he had never dealt with before. But the daily commitment and the support of the team made all the difference.

Among the greatest satisfactions of these first months, he highlights the fact that he was able to bring along some clients who had already been followed in his previous experience. The trust built over time has transformed into continuity, demonstrating how important the human connection is in the world of sports business.

Growing, even beyond the borders

At Macron, growth is not limited to the scope of their store or territory. They also demonstrate this through their experience in Wales during the tour organized in conjunction with the rugby match between Wales and South Africa. This was an opportunity to get up close to the local Macron Sports Hubs and discover new cultures and operating models.

“It was an enriching experience, which I recommend to everyone. It really makes you realize how important Macron is on the international stage and how important it is to know the world in which you operate.”

Macron looks ahead

For Alessandro, Macron is primarily synonymous with the future.

An ever-evolving company, capable of investing, innovating and offering real growth opportunities to those who choose to be part of it.

“Coming from more static realities, here I understood what it means to work in a company that has a clear vision. At Macron, they never stop. And I want to grow with them.”

Growth means facing challenges and creating impact.

Alessandro Benna develops strong relationships with clubs and federations, leveraging innovative tools and a dynamic environment, embodying curiosity and commitment, key values of growth at Macron.

[1288

post-16544","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-macron-people
