Join Macron\u2019s Technical Sponsorship team and support the growth of our clubs and retailers across Germany and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gross annual salary up to \u20ac25,000.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to build your professional career within a leading Italian company with an international presence and strong growth.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and access to professional development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Discounts on Macron apparel, as well as access to events and team-building initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic, performance-driven and collaborative working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Position<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As part of the development of our Technical Sponsorship function, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who will support the operational and commercial management of clubs and retailers across Germany and Eastern Europe, contributing to the development of partnerships and ensuring a high level of customer service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Manager in the operational management of assigned clubs and retailers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage orders, monitor shipments, and provide day-to-day support to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop proposals aimed at increasing merchandising sales and acquiring new retailers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clubs in defining their collections.<\/li>\n<li>Travel nationally and internationally (approximately 15% of working time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Languages, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English and German.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for the sports industry.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience, even brief, in sales, marketing, or business operations is considered a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>ABOUT MACRON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Macron is an iconic Italian brand and an international leader in high-performance sportswear and Activefashion.
