The project also promotes daily best practices, raises awareness among employees and partners, and drives the ongoing development of eco-friendly products that balance technical performance with environmental responsibility.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">M4TP reflects Macron\u2019s long-term vision: a path of growth centered on respect for the planet and the will to actively contribute to a more sustainable future for all.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/M4TP_Better-Cotton-Initiative.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span>We joined the\u00a0<strong>BCI (Better Cotton Initiative)<\/strong>, the largest\u00a0<strong>cotton sustainability<\/strong>\u00a0programme in the world:\u00a0\u00a0 together with farmers, we tackle the negative impacts of traditional cotton production, supporting production and procurement that reflect Better Cotton principles and criteria.\u00a0Production embraces all three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We are proud members of Better Cotton and we are committed to sourcing 50% of our cotton as more sustainable cotton by 2030; more sustainable cotton includes Better Cotton.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Better Cotton and its members support farmers who implement\u00a0<strong>more sustainable production practices<\/strong>. Efficient and sustainable use of water and care for the health of the soil. Conservation of natural habitats and protection of natural fibre quality. Promotion of decent working conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Better Cotton is sourced via a system of mass balance and is not physically traceable to end products.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>ECO FABRIC<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span>All the\u00a0<strong>ECO fabrics<\/strong>\u00a0used in our clothing are produced with\u00a0<strong>100% PET recycled polyester<\/strong><strong>\u00a0and are certified\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Global Recycled Standard<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This represents a tangible commitment to\u00a0<strong>eco-sustainable production<\/strong>, which translates into a twofold advantage for the environment: producing this fabric requires\u00a0<strong>less water and less energy<\/strong>, and above all it\u00a0<strong>gives a second life to waste PET materials which would otherwise be thrown away<\/strong>. For every Eco-Fabric shirt produced, around\u00a0<strong>13 half-litre plastic bottles are recycled<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>After its initial use, the waste PET material is collected, milled into 2 mm chips and subsequently processed to obtain a yarn that guarantees the\u00a0<strong>same performance as virgin polyester thread<\/strong>. This way, polyester can be recycled multiple times without losing its original characteristics.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FHSNuijAOJA\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Play-video-btn-white-2.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>RENYCLE SOCKS\u00ae<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span>From textile waste to\u00a0<strong>high performance sports socks<\/strong>, already used by our top professional clubs: in collaboration with\u00a0<em>RadiciGroup<\/em>, the leading global manufacturer of polymers, high performance technopolymers and advanced textile solutions, we have produced\u00a0<strong>Renycle\u00ae<\/strong><strong>\u00a0socks, made entirely<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from\u00a0<\/strong><strong>recycled polyamide<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The yarn is obtained from recycled\u00a0<strong>nylon 6<\/strong>, a highly prized material with excellent characteristics of strength, dyeability, softness and versatility. Through recovery and recycling, textile waste is converted into polymers and subsequently into yarns that maintain technical characteristics comparable to those from fossil fuel sources, but with\u00a0<strong>significantly better environmental performance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This new range of yarns,\u00a0<strong>which is\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Global Recycled Standard<\/strong>\u00a0certified, reduces CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0emissions by almost 90% and saves over 87% of energy and 90% of water. The main objective is always to offer\u00a0<strong>high quality products<\/strong>\u00a0that can stand the test of time both in terms of design and colour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ours are also\u00a0<strong>semi-finished products<\/strong>, which are finished and customised only in the final phase of the sales process. This allows us to manage a wide range of neutral products in our warehouse, and to meet specific needs without having to go back to the production process and without forcing customers to stockpile materials that often end up not being used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>These anti-waste policies go hand-in-hand with services like our\u00a0<strong>Online<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Club Shop<\/strong>, which allows clubs, members and club supporters to order as many customised products as they want, whenever they want, thus incentivising them to\u00a0<strong>buy only what they really need<\/strong>.
