The OdV is responsible for monitoring the application of the Model and overseeing all business processes to ensure they align with the principles of legality and transparency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span>Reporting Violations \u2013 Whistleblowing<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span>Any violation of the principles outlined in the Model, operational procedures, or the internal control and risk management system must be reported promptly.
